I'm a quality engineer with a deep interest in food and especially beer. My interest in craft beer started when I was in college and I took a trip to Germany. It was there I was introduced to the glory that is heffeweisen. Since then it has been my goal to learn as much as possible about all beer can be with the ultimate goal of owning my own brewery. The Biére de Garth project is an etude of sorts to develop my palate and think about beer in a deeper, more meaningful way.
